Does CucoCloud have a limit on employees?

CucoCloud has no employee limit. The initial license allows up to 20 employees, and additional licenses can be purchased directly through the platform, adapting to your company’s growth.

How long does it take to implement CucoCloud in my company?

CucoCloud implementation is quick and easy. After registering your company, you can start using the platform immediately. The initial setup is simple, and our team is available to assist at any time.

Is installation required for CucoCloud?

No, CucoCloud is a completely web-based solution, which means you don’t need to worry about installation. Simply access the platform through a web browser and start using it, easily and without hassle.

Is it mandatory to clock in?

Yes, according to article 202 of the Labor Code, the employer is required to maintain a record of working hours, including for exempt employees, in a manner that is accessible and allows for immediate consultation. Violation of this provision constitutes a serious offense.

Can I view employee clock-ins from anywhere?

Yes, you can access employee clock-ins from anywhere, at any time, using any device with internet access. This provides flexibility and full control over attendance records, no matter where you are.

Is it possible to centralize employee clock-ins at a single location?

Yes, you can centralize clock-ins by installing a tablet at the company’s entrance, making attendance management more efficient and organized.

Can I use more than one tablet in different locations?

Yes, you can use multiple tablets in different locations. This allows you to centralize attendance records from various points of your company, offering more flexibility and control, regardless of the size or structure of your business.

How can my employees clock in?

Employees can clock in on the company tablet, mobile phone, platform, or biometric terminal.

How can I ensure clock-ins are not fraudulent?

Biometrics and our advanced artificial intelligence models ensure secure and fraud-free facial recognition, using advanced technology for accurate clock-ins, guaranteeing reliable and unique identification of each individual.

Can employees request vacations or missed clock-ins?

Yes, vacations or other periods of absence can be requested by employees and approved by administrators or team managers.

Can employees clock in outside of the company?

Yes, employees working remotely (at an external client, teleworking, etc.) can clock in using their mobile phones. All clock-ins record the address where they were made.

Can employees clock in while teleworking?

Yes, employees working from home can clock in on their mobile phones or computers.

Can I export clock-ins to my computer?

Yes, you can easily export clock-in records to your computer, allowing management and analysis of the data whenever necessary.

Can I set specific workstations for employees in CucoCloud?

Yes, you can define and assign specific workstations to employees within your company, facilitating organization and space management according to your needs.

Can I use my own tablet for clock-ins?

Yes, you can use your own tablet to register biometric clock-ins, as long as the device is connected to the internet and has a front camera.

Do I need to register the faces of each employee on every tablet?

No, you only need to register the faces on one tablet. CucoTablet synchronizes biometric information, ensuring that all tablets use the same facial records in a centralized manner

Do I need to buy a biometric terminal for clock-ins?

No, you do not need to purchase a biometric terminal. You can use CucoTablet to record biometric clock-ins, making the process easier without the need for additional equipment.

Can I clock in without biometrics?

Yes. Employees can clock in using a phone, computer, or tablet with a PIN.

If an employee leaves the company, do I need to buy a new license for a new employee?

No, you do not need to buy a new license. When an employee leaves the company, you can simply assign the existing license to a new employee, avoiding additional costs.

Is it possible to add CucoCloud licenses during the subscription period?

Yes, you can add licenses at any time during the subscription period, paying only for the remaining months until the end of the subscription.

What apps can I use with my CucoCloud subscription?

With the CucoCloud subscription, you have access to two apps: CucoPhone, perfect for mobile clocking in, and CucoTablet, for in-company clocking. The apps are available for download on the Apple Store, Google Play, and Huawei Gallery. You can use as many apps as you want, at no additional cost.

Will I be notified to renew my CucoCloud license?

Yes, you will be notified one month before the license expires, giving you enough time to renew your subscription without interruption.

Is CucoCloud compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

Yes, CucoCloud has adopted measures to protect personal data and the privacy of European Union (EU) citizens, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, dated April 27, 2016) and National Law (Law 59/2019 of August 8, 2019).
